During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning sea view that could be enjoyed from the terrace. The location of the hotel was convenient as it had easy access to various spots around the city. I appreciated the warm hospitality offered by the hosts, which made me feel at home. The homemade breakfast was savory, and I enjoyed the selection of fruit that was offered.
The hygiene in the rooms could have been improved, and the facilities were a bit old-fashioned. The hotel could benefit from some renovations to enhance the guest experience.

I had a truly delightful stay at Casa Artista. The three-tiered terraced property offered stunning views of Santiago Bay, and the beautifully landscaped surroundings added to the charm. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious Mexican breakfast, complete with the most succulent tropical fruits. The host, Roberto, was warm, hospitable, and a talented artist and musician. Despite some weak wifi reception in the room, the air-con worked fine, and the balcony outside provided a strong connection. The location, although on a hill, offered a peaceful retreat away from the hectic commercial area of Manzanillo. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and authentic Mexican experience.

Our room had a stunning view of the bay and was impeccably clean - we especially appreciated the rainwater shower. The hotel facilities were also great; we loved spending time on the terrace and swimming in the pool. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and featured fresh, local fruits. the hotel's location was very convenient and transportation was easily accessible.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast was a real highlight with fresh fruit and coffee laid out on the table before being served delicious French toast with banana. the room had a fantastic view, and the bed was comfortable. It was a peaceful location away from the busy streets.
The location was up a steep hill and could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Although the room had a great view, it could have been cleaner, and the wifi reception was weak inside the room.
